1 lg. can sliced peaches with juice
1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. pecan pieces

Spread peaches on bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Melt butter and pour on top of cake mix. Sprinkle with pecan pieces. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
