JIFFY STRAWBERRY PIE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
6 serving size pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
9" pre-baked graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream or dessert topping

Blend together strawberries, dry pudding mix and sour cream. Pour into crust and chill. Top with whipped cream.

VARIATION: Substitute one 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice for strawberries.
