CHOCOLATE MACAROONS 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (4 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to wire rack and let cool. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
