LOLLIPOPS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
Food coloring
Flavor extract
Lollypop sticks
Pam spray
Candy sprinkles

Wash your hands. Spray Pam lightly over cookie sheet. Arrange lollipop sticks on sheet; allow enough room for candy to spread. Combine butter, syrup, and sugar in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook until 270 degrees on candy thermometer. Add food coloring and flavor; mix well. Pour over ends of lollipop and decorate with sprinkles. Cool and enjoy.
