HURRY UP YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
3 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl. Let yeast mixture stand 5 minutes, stirring well. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Roll dough into a 12 inch circle on a floured surface. Cut out rolls with biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 425 degrees about 10 or 12 minutes.
