LEMON SPONGE PUDDING | |
1/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 2 tbsp. shortening 1 lemon 1 c. milk Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add beaten egg yolks, lemon juice and rind of lemon and the milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into baking dish. Set in pan of water and bake in 350 degree oven until firm. |
