APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped

GLAZE:

1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar

Mix first 7 ingredients. Makes a very stiff batter. Add other five ingredients and mix together well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done. While warm pour on glaze.

GLAZE: Bring to boil and let boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake.
