TUNA-STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can white tuna
4 ripe tomatoes
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. diced green chilies
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Premium crackers
Lettuce leaves

Drain tuna. Cut tops off tomatoes; scoop out pulp and save for soup or salad. Place each tomato on lettuce leaf on lined plate; set aside.

Combine sour cream, chilies, celery, onion, cumin, and garlic powder; fold in tuna. Spoon into tomatoes, garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve with Premium saltine crackers. Makes 4 servings.
