CHICKEN AND CHEESE BAKE 
4 slices bacon
6 boned chicken breasts
1 tbsp. butter
4 oz. shredded Longhorn cheese
2 c. fresh soft bread crumbs
1 can Campbells cheese soup
1/2 can milk
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 pkgs. frozen french green beans, cooked and drained

Fry bacon until crisp in large frying pan, remove, crumble and set aside. Place chicken breasts in bacon drippings and 1 tablespoons butter and cook until done. Combine shredded cheese, bread crumbs and bacon, set aside. Spread cooked green beans in 9 x 12 inch glass casserole, place chicken breast on top. Pour cheese soup mixture over chicken and green beans, sprinkle bread crumbs, cheese and bacon over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
