CHEESY ONION CORN BREAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Heat oven to hot (400 degrees). Empty contents of corn muffin mix package into bowl. Add egg, milk, cheese and onion. Blend only until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.

Pour batter into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
