SHRIMP LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, peeled
1 1/2 c. Italian sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
15 oz. ricotta cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Line bottom of shallow 2 quart baking pan with 1/3 of the noodles. Place shrimp over noodles, cover with 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 of ricotta cheese. Add another layer of noodles, shrimp, sauce, cheese ending with any remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Makes 4 servings.
