ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
3-4 lbs. chicken wings, split, and tips discarded
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. gin
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 scallions, chopped

Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings. Add wings and stir to coat well. Let marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, covered.

To serve, drain the wings and place in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and turn the wings over. Continue baking another 30 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 6-8.
