OLD FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. boiling water
5 biscuits (2 c.) torn in chunks
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Nutmeg on top

Pour boiling water over milk. Stir and add bread chunks. Let set until lukewarm. Mix beaten eggs, vanilla, salt and cinnamon; add to bread-milk mixture.

Pour into a buttered 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Place in another pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. You can add 1/4 cup raisins and sprinkle top with nutmeg before baking.
