PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 5 slices cubed bread Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs one at a time and add to creamed mixture (one at a time). Fold in pineapple and bread. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
