CRANBERRY STEAM PUDDING 
2 c. cranberries, split lengthwise
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 level tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. cold water

SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream
1 c. sugar
Vanilla or brandy

Add liquids to flour, soda mixture. Fold in cranberries. Steam or bake for 1 1/2 hours. Use 350 degrees for baking. Serve warm.

SAUCE: Combine ingredients and cook in double boiler. Flavor with vanilla or brandy. Pour over warm pudding.
