GERMAN SLAW 
1 med. head of cabbage, grated
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash salt and pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. jar pimento

In a large bowl mix together the cabbage, pepper, onion and pimento. Bring to a boil the remaining ingredients and let boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture. Store overnight in refrigerator before serving.
