SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Seasoning to taste
5 c. instant potatoes
1 can vegetables
2 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown ground beef; add onions and seasoning; pouring off fat. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Mix potatoes according to directions, then spread over beef mixture. Add vegetables and cheese. Bake until thoroughly hot and cheese is melted.

VARIATION: Instead of beef, use turkey or chicken. Instead of cheese, use 1 can of creamed soup.
