VANILLA ICE CREAM 
3 pkg. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3 qt. milk
25 lg. marshmallows
5 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
6 beaten eggs
1 qt. cream
3 tsp. vanilla
Salt

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Bring milk and marshmallows to scalding point. Add gelatin and sugar. Cool, when ready to freeze, add beaten eggs, cream and vanilla. One of our favorites, very good!
