TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion (optional)
1 green pepper (optional)
1 bag of tater tots
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of mushrooms (optional)

Brown the ground beef with onion and pepper. Drain and put in baking dish. Add soups and maybe a small amount of water (very little if any) Cover with frozen tater tots and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes on 350°F. Take out uncover and put the cheese on top. Cook 10 more minutes uncovered or until cheese melts.
