SEAFOOD SPECIALTY 
3 pkg. noodle soup mix
1 c. rice
5 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 c. minced onion
1 c. green pepper
1/2 stick butter
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 soup can milk
1 lb. crabmeat
2 cans shrimp or equal to 1 c. mayonnaise
Almonds, sliced

Cook noodle soup, rice and water until rice tender. Brown celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Combine with rice. Add remaining ingredients except almonds. Place in 9 x 12 inch pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour. Good served with aspic salad.
