GUACAMOLE DELIGHT 
1st layer - 1 can refried beans mixed with taco sauce.

2nd layer - 2 avocados, mashed with 2 tablespoons taco sauce.

3rd layer - 8 ounces sour cream, 1/4 to 1/2 jar chili, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and a few drops Tabasco sauce.

Top with green onions, chopped green pepper, 10 ounces of grated cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, chopped black olives, and chopped lettuce.

Serve with corn chips.
