BAR-B-QUE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
Hickory Smoke Bar-B-Que Sauce
Crushed crackers, oatmeal or bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients to the consistency of meatloaf, being careful not to leave it too wet. Roll (with hands) into golf ball size meatballs. Bake on 350 degrees until brown, usually 25 to 30 minutes. These do best on cookie sheet with a small edge.

Tip: Line your pan with foil - makes clean up a breeze!
