LIGHT PARTY HERB DIP (MAKES 1
1/2 CUPS)
 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. snipped fresh dill
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp. capers, drained

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or electric blender. Mix until smooth. Serve with assorted raw vegetables, crackers or slices of French Bread.
