DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TRIFLE 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. brownie mix, prepared direction for cake like
2 (3 oz.) pkg. white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 c. cold milk
4 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/4 c. warm water
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
3 toffee bars, coarsely chopped

Lightly spray 9 x 13 baking dish and bake brownies according to "cake-like" directions. Cool completely. In a large bowl, whisk pudding into milk until thickens.

Dissolve coffee granules in warm water; add to pudding mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Cut cooled brownies into 1-inch cubes. Place 1/3 of brownies in large bowl. Top with 1/3 of pudding mixture; press lightly and top with 1/3 of toffee bars (chopped). Repeat layers 2 more times. Chill 30 minutes or longer before serving.

Makes 12 servings.
