COFFEE BREAD 
1/3 to 1/2 c. butter, melted slightly
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Pinch salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 or more c. flour

Dissolve yeast, sugar and water. Beat all together the above ingredients, except flour. Gradually add flour to correct consistency. Knead 15 minutes. Roll out. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat 1 egg; wash top of coffee bread with egg. Add a wash of melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Let rise until double. Bake.
