QUICK 'N EASY CRAB MEAT | |
1-2 tbsp. butter 1 sm. onion, sliced 1 green pepper, cut into strips 8 oz. frozen canned crab meat, shredded Salt & pepper to taste Melt butter in heavy frying pan. Add onion and green pepper. Cover tightly and cook until tender. Add crab meat. Heat thoroughly. Season. Yield: 2 to 3 seasons. |
