HUGS AND KISSES CHEESECAKE | |
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1 tsp. flour 1 (6 oz.) chocolate pie crust Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Gradually add in condensed milk, beat until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Toss chips with flour and stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake 35 minutes or until pie springs back. Cool and top with glaze. Glaze: 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. whipping cream In saucepan, mix ingredients over medium heat until chips are melted and mixture is thick, stirring constantly. Pour on pie and chill until serving. |
