WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 c. butter, softened 2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. white chocolate, cooled (also called almond bark) 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted 1 c. buttermilk 1 c. pecans 1 c. coconut Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and buttermilk alternately. Beat well. Fold in coconut and nuts. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, softened 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |
