1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring (opt.)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans (opt.)

Mix cake mix, sour cream, oil, 1/2 cup sugar, water and eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Add butter flavoring and blend. Pour 1/2 of mixture into a well greased and floured 10" tube pan or angel food pan. Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and pecans and sprinkle over first mixture in pan. Spread remaining batter over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched. Do not use Pam or other spray to grease pan.
