PEPPER JAM OVER CREAM CHEESE 
24 sweet peppers, red or green
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
5 lbs. sugar
1 box Sure Jell
1 box cream cheese

Chop peppers in food blender or grind. Add vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Bring to a boil and cook 35 minutes. Remove. Add Sure Jell. Put jars. Spoon over a package of cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
