PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. Jello or 2 sm.
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar and spread in 9"x13" baking dish. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on top of pretzels. Dissolve Jello with hot water, add cold water. Add apples and pecans. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Chill.
