HAM LOAVES 
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
3 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
1 lb. ground beef

Mix all ingredients together; form small loaves (1/2 cup each). Place in shallow baking dishes. Bake 30 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees, then lower to 300 degrees and pour 1/2 of the sauce (see below) over the loaves. Bake another 45 minutes and then cover with remaining sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

Mix together: 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. brown sugar

Makes 24 servings.

NOTE: Loaves can be frozen prior to baking.
