SEVEN - CAN CASSEROLE 
1 (13 oz.) can white albacore tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Combine everything and put in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note: Chuck white chicken may be substituted for tuna. Pimientos may be added for color.
