ORANGE COOLER 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 pkg. orange gelatin (3 oz. size)
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. fresh or frozen orange juice
1-2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan. Reserve 1/4 of crumbs for topping.

Combine gelatin, sugar and orange juice. Heat until gelatin and sugar dissolve. Chill until partially set. Chill evaporated milk thoroughly. Whip and fold into gelatin mix with the orange peel. Pile over crumb crust; sprinkle top with crumbs. Chill until firm. May decorate with mandarin oranges and cherries.
