FIVE POUND FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
1 bottle Hipolite marshmallow creme
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 regular Hershey bars
4 c. pecans, chopped

Place sugar, butter, milk, and salt in saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and drop by teaspoons onto wax paper, or pour onto large buttered jelly roll pan and cut into squares when cool. The best fudge recipe!
