EASY LEMON MOUSSE 
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 sm. box of cook vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. water
1 med. Cool Whip
1 pt. strawberries

In small saucepan, combine Jello, pudding, and water. Cook over medium heat until dark and syrupy. Stir constantly. Cool mixture in bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Add Cool Whip in small amounts with a wire whisk. Whisk thoroughly with each amount. Add strawberries and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
