COLD DOUGH NUT ROLL UPS 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. butter, room temp.
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. ground nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix flour and salt together. Cut butter into flour mixture. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

In large bowl, mix in nuts, sugar, milk and melted butter. If too thick, add more milk.

Divide dough into 3 balls. Thinly roll out on floured board. Cut into squares and spread nut filling on each. Roll up as desired. Grease cookie sheets and place cookies on sheets. Brush each with beaten egg and bake until lightly brown in a 350 degree oven.
