2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Dies orange marmalade
2/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. dried sage
2 sm. yams
Boiling water
Dash salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil or steam yams in boiling water 20 minutes or until barely tender (they should still be a little firm). Drain and cool, peel and cut yams into 1/2 inch chunks. Amount should measure 1 2/3 cups. In small shallow baking dish coated with non-stick spray, place yam chunk, sprinkle with brown sugar. Soften marmalade in small container over hot water or in microwave and mix with orange juice, add sage and salt, pour over yams. Bake 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings - 102 calories - 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 joker = give up snack, 0 fat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
