BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1 whole tenderloin (4 to 6 lbs.)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix first six ingredients. Roll tenderloin in beaten egg. Pat on dry mixture. Place in sturdy foil boat turned up one inch all around edge and place on cookie sheet. Cook exactly 25 minutes in oven without opening. Meat will be medium.
