TOMATO JUICE 
12-15 lb. tomatoes, cut in quarters
12 med. sized onions
2 mangoes

Cook tomatoes, onions, and mangoes till tender. Run through colander.

o the juice add:

3/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
Dash pepper

Heat to boiling and can while hot.
