EGG DROP SOUP 
4 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper (to your taste)
Green onions
1 beaten egg

Bring broth, chopped green onion, salt and pepper to a boil. Boil for 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat and slowly stir in beaten egg a little at a time. Serve immediately. Garnish with crunchy chow mein noodles.
