SPEEDY BEAN SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Hominy, corn or any kind of bean, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans

Rinse and drain all beans. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Stir in rest of ingredients, let marinate until serving time.
