FILLED PASTRY SHELLS | |
PASTRY: 1 c. flour 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter Mix to make a stiff dough. Chill one hour. Using mini muffin cups, put a small ball of dough in each cup and press up sides and across bottom to cover. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. May be frozen until ready for use. Makes 3 dozen. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before filling. FILLING: 2 cans potted meat (deviled ham is best) 1 hard boiled egg, chopped (optional) 1 tsp. mustard 2 tbsp. pickle relish 1 rib celery, finely chopped 2 tbsp. ketchup |
