FLAT BREAD 
2 c. white flour
2 c. graham flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening

Mix the above like pie crust. Add 2 cups cultured buttermilk. Mix well and form into small balls. Roll very thin with a lefse rolling pin and fry on a lefse grill. I usually finish drying the Flat Bread in a very slow oven.
