CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
2 lbs. powdered sugar
Food coloring as desired
1/2 to 1 tsp. flavoring

In mixing bowl, soften cream cheese, add coloring and flavoring as desired. Gradually add sugar, mixing well by hand then kneading until consistency is like pie dough or putty.

Roll into balls the size of a marble, place one side in granulated sugar. Place in mold, sugar side down. Press from edge of mold to center. Unmold at once onto wax paper.
