BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 packages frozen broccoli spears, cooked as per package directions, well drained. 2 small chickens (stewed, boned and cut up), no fat. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole and cover with the boned chicken.

Mix 3 cans cream of chicken soup with: 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tsp. curry powder (India style curry powder)

Stir well. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover and bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven (be sure oven has been preheated). Serve with rice. Serves 8.
