BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH | |
1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. crushed Saltine crackers 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. frozen sold or perch fillets, thawed and drained Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 x 13 pan, melt butter. Meanwhile in a 9 inch pie pan, combine cracker crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and garlic powder. Dip fish fillets in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. |
