DESIRABLE CINNAMON ROLLS 
10 oz. pkg. refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits (10)
1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. dark raisins
1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 tsp. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8"x8"x2" pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Separate biscuits; using fingers, flatten into 3" circle. Brush each circle with on equal amount of butter; sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar and an equal amount of cinnamon. Then top with 1 tablespoon raisins. Roll each circle jelly roll fashion and arrange seam side down in sprayed pan.

Bake until rolls are puffed and golden brown, 8 to 12 minutes. Let cool.

In small bowl combine 2 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar and confectioners' sugar. Add water, 1 teaspoon at a time until smooth and syrupy. Brush each roll with sugar mixture.
