CHILI DOG PIZZA 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) chili, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
5 frankfurters, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough into 12 inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet; pinch edge of circle, forming 1/2 inch rim.

Spread chili over dough; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500) : Use boiling water to make dough.
