WHITE CHILI 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
3 (16 oz.) cans undrained white beans
2 c. chopped white onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash or two of hot sauce

Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Chop into bite size cubes. In large pot add broth and beans. Saute onion and garlic in oil and stir in chilies. Add chicken, cumin, oregano, cayenne and hot sauce. Heat 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
